Effects of Different Surface Treatment Processes on Bonding Properties of Aluminum Alloys under Full Temperature Field Environment

چکیده

Our aim was to study the influence of surface treatment process on mechanical properties an adhesive. This takes aluminum alloy 6061 as substrate; carries out grinding, sandblasting, plasma, grinding + and sandblasting plasma processes; chooses ISR 7008 adhesive make butt joints, joints Connectors are in −40 °C, −20 0 40 60 80 °C environments, respectively (1–3 days a constant-temperature test). The results show that helps improve activity hydrophilicity bonding surface; strength under environment °C; −20–60 joints. By analyzing infrared spectra adhesive, it found contents γN−H, νC−C, νC−N, νC−O were higher interval from 25 than those which resulted decrease properties.
